Evaluations

At the beginning of each season, PVGS holds an Evaluation session, like tryouts, where coaches have an opportunity to see the girls' skill level.  Evaluators watch the girls go through a series of drills and give them scores for each drill.  The scoring system is 1-5, with 5 being best.  The average score for each girl is used during the draft.  A girl who does not attend the Evaluation is given an average score of 5.0.  All girls should make an effort to be at the Evaluation.
